Proofreading

 Today, after the training, I started to proofread the document for the newspaper of our daycare.

I and one of the member wrote the document about Christmas party which was held last year in advance. By using and comparing with each documents, we aimed at making the one document.

This document will be the article of the newspaper which is published in daycare.

We talked about where to be deleted in it.

I thought it had better to exaggerate the way of our writing to express how that party was happy. But, we came to a conclusion that too much exaggeration will be unintelligible.

So, we proofread this composition in a simple way.

The number of figures of this article is limited to 460.

The number of our writing was about 380.

We lack about 80 figures to make it complete.

The expiration date is by 1/12, so we should end this work until tomorrow's evening as possible as we can.
