Going My Way

 Yesterday, I called with my friend and talked with each other about recent situation of mind. I told to him that I have been lack of sovereignty for a long time. I don't want to tell in this blog about my traumatic experience, but I want to think about the emotional scar in order to cherish me more carefully than now. My friend taught me PTG, which stands for post traumatic growth. The general brief of PTG is in the concept that we try to struggle to live with the pain that person had received in the past. It is the approach that we can try to grow up as a human beings by that experience. I want to buy a book about that. Perhaps, I will be able to know and understand what I didn't notice by it.

 I read the article about "specified skilled worker", which is the preffered qulification for forien workers when they try to work in Japan. I began to know about it for the first time from that news. This structure aims at compensation for the lack of workers in some kind of working field by foreign workers becoming the specified skilled worker. It has been enacted since 2019. SSW has two types and No1 and No2 exist. Compared to No1, No2 is easier to be apllied to highly difficult occupation. We often hear the news that employment of disabled people has been increasing, but foreign workers are included in the workers who had not been paid attention for a long time, too. To get SSW, there are the growing up hatch like transition place to employment in disabled people's world.  In 2025, international exposition will take place. But, there is a change from type A to Type X about how to build pavilion from countries to countries. Type A is the way of building pavilion by other countries budget, so, it can be said that each countries can push thier originality or diversity on thier own. On the ohter hands, Type X is the way of building by Japanese badget, and it apply the simple way of bulding like pre-hub. Type A can be said that it suits to this time of theme for international exposition, which is diversity under the universal same sky. The number of apllying type A has reduced from about 60 countries to about 40. Type B is the way of building by Japan for one country. Type C is the way of building by Japan for multiple countries. I thought that although the theme of this time international exposition is about "diversity", there are few countries which try to impose power on international exposition by bothering to take a budget on thier countries. ...

 Today, I went to work at Terra washing dishes. After working, I went to karaoke and sang a lot of songs. In the songs I sang, I felt that the songs of Queen seemed to be filled with the essence of Love. I always sing Hard rock or Heavy metal songs, so the theme of them tends to be wild and rarely refer to love and peace. So, I want to sing song about it as a choice in order to sing a lot of countenance of songs well. So, I thought that I want to train to sing a Queen's songs. After karaoke, I felt that  for me, singing is one of the most important things in the world and I can amplify my brave at the bottom of my heart by doing it. So, although the activity of singing itself is limited to one per a week in karaoke, I want to cultivate my muscle of my heart by singing.

 Today, I went to day service to attend Cymba, which is the name of the program of tojisyakenkyu, and met Mr. Mukaiyachi for the first time in 2 months. After the program, I talked Mr. Mukaiyachi recent condition of my own. In that, I said about what is the happiness. Recently, I have considered that what is the source of happiness, and have compiled it on thread in Japanese. I have ever read about happiness in a difficult book in English and in that book, happiness has the relation to "fulfilment". But, I almost have forgotten the content of that book, so I need to repeat to read it one more time again, if possible. I deemed deeply what is the happiness... The following is the happiness which I thought. Happiness is separated into two types, one is the happiness for achievement of some object, another is the happiness created by that person's device. I think the value of former definition is spread and embedded into people's mind as if it were a norm. So, people seek...

 Today, I took part in VRSST, which is the SST by using VR system. In this SST, one of the members of us put goggles on their eyes to see the Virtual reality of various kinds of simulated situations. Today's theme was how to tell company of being absent from it when the person's condition was really bad. At first, the person in virtual reality cannot tell the point and cannot apology for his absent from company. Then, we talked about what is like in our case when we confront to the same kind of situations. After that, we talked about what should be done to tell the company what the person want to tell exactly other than the ideas of VRSST presented for us.  Recently, I started to proffer songs for others. There are two people who want to sing my song and guitarist in day service is supposed to help me by recording guitar part. I have made songs for my singing, but there was few songs for others singing. By making songs for others, it will be opened new possibility because of difference of nuance of voice of singer. And I have a fun to make it for others! Guitarist is not used to recording itself, so he will be able to be accustomed to doing it by cover songs. So, we are supposed to try to cover two songs, which are "Night train" by Guns & Roses and "Blurry eyes" by Lar'c en ciel. At first, I will set a drum part and bass part on DAW and after that, he will do recording guitar part. Making the drum part by seeing the print is a laborious activity, but I want to finish it as soon as possible.
